FastTrak Warehouse Control System (WCS)

FastTrak Warehouse Control System (WCS) provides new and existing warehouse systems with enhanced functionality and system controls. FastTrak Warehouse Control System coordinates, controls, automates, and monitors material handling equipment and fulfillment methods. The FastTrak WCS includes support for conveyor sorting and routing; automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS); print and apply; in-motion manifesting; wireless, voice, and laser picking; pick/put-to-light; and RFID. Graphical user interfaces display real-time material flow, messages, and performance metrics. Transactional detail is logged for inquiries, reports, and audits.

When combined with an existing host system, it acts a middleware that facilities communication between the host and all warehouse equipment using a single-port connection. It provides directives and information to warehouse equipment to perform certain actions and complete order fulfillment tasks. Detailed tracking data, pending and processed workload, alerts, and performance metrics are easily accessible through user-friendly dashboard and HMI displays.
