FastTrak OMS cartonization system can determine and store each item’s dimensions and weights, use a client’s existing item database, or calculate the dimensions and weight of each order using proprietary DimScan™ technology.  FastTrak uses this information and directs orders to their appropriate pack station.  This significantly reduces congestion at packaging stations and allows clients to consistently use the optimal package type and size.  The solution greatly reduces shipping, labor, material, and damage costs.
