Order Management System (OMS)

FastTrak® Order Management System (OMS) connects to ERP, WMS, legacy distribution, warehouse systems, and RF, light, and voice picking plans. OMS integrates and optimizes warehouse material handling systems, sorters, picking and packing, and automated packaging equipment to enhance warehouse functionality. It accelerates the picking and packing operation while reducing labor, packing, and shipping costs. OMS captures all orders in the warehouse and creates a controlled environment for order management during high fluctuations in order demands. The system manages order throughput during peak demand time with a stable and efficient plan for staffing. FastTrak® OMS also calculates various picking scenarios to determine the optimal picking sequence. It enhances the use of pick to light, RF, voice, carousel, and sorter applications by decreasing fulfillment cycle time and labor costs. From start to finish, the entire ordering process is monitored, controlled, and maintained by GRSI's FastTrak® OMS. This system streamlines the ordering process, accelerates order turnaround, increases order accuracy with lower labor costs, and ultimately, improves customer satisfaction.
