FastTrakŪ Warehouse Control System
Architecture
FastTrak is written in Visual Basic
(.NET), utilizes either MS-SQL or Oracle databases, and runs on
Wintel servers and workstations. It manages all
communications between warehouse automation subsystems and the
higher level WMS, ERP, or legacy host business systems. It
is designed to make integration easier and faster, and provides
one point of contact for systems administration. FastTrak
has a highly modular and object-oriented design that allows for
rapid deployment in a variety of application environments.
